SAL Cares is a fund 100% dedicated to the employees of SAL who are experiencing difficulties in their personal lives. During the years, we have had many employees that have gone through some kind of hardship and this fund will be dedicated to helping them financially during these hardships. The Community Administrators will submit hardship requests and the SAL Management team will decide the best way to distribute the funds.
